There are cocktails that require an occasion. The Paloma isn't one of them. Tart grapefruit, fresh lime and tequila—bright, refreshing and just salty enough to make the next sip inevitable.
Our version keeps everything we love about the classic, with a few small adjustments that make it feel distinctly ours.

Somewhere Along the Coast
Some plans are better left unfinished.
There are places you mean to stop for one drink and somehow stay for three. A weathered table. Lanterns beginning to glow. The sea just beyond the door. Someone brings over olives, bread and a tin of sardines without being asked.
The Last Stop is our take on the martini for exactly that kind of place—cold gin, dry vermouth, olive brine and just enough caper brine to taste like the coast.

A TABLE WORTH STAYING FOR
Set the table. Then forget the rules.
The best tables aren’t perfect. They’re difficult to leave.
A good table doesn’t need matching plates or a reason to be formal. Start with linen, add candlelight, bring in something green from outside, and make room for food meant to be passed.
Mix the glassware. Let the flowers lean. Put out more bread than you think you need.
And always leave room for one more.
